We believe that appropriate care and treatment of the diseases and disorders affecting adults can save their quality of life.
Benefits of our program:
- Our program can be completed by adults who work and have private lives as well.
- Outpatient programming consists of structured programs that provide therapy support through professional counseling and fellowship from other patients.
- Our treatment strategy relies on combining psychosocial therapies and pharmacotherapy.
- In adults, we treat substance use disorders as symptoms of other broader-formed mental disorders. co-substance use and dependence and behavioral addictions and dependencies including internet, gaming, and social media dependency.
- It is a flexible model that offers the possibility of compliance with one’s individual needs of each client.
- There are support groups in any given family to assist the family members in coping with the situation.
Housing:
- Optional housing is available for adults within our mental health program offering. Many of us know that there are transportation services for people in our housing. The recruitment office is completed, and it is an entirely new building with an improved swimming pool for our adult residents.
Key Statistics:
NAMI also did survey in 2020 and noted that one in five adults in America had any mental health issue, while one in every twenty adults had a serious mental health issue. Furthermore, millions of adults had ideas concerning suicide, making mental health of paramount importance to society.
Knowing this, adults need to have recourse to quality mental health services. We are committed to the delivery of these services, to adults in particular and seeing them improve their quality of lives by obtaining the needed assistance.

Specialized Services for Adults in our Partial Hospitalization and Intensive Outpatient Programs
Group Therapy: Our curriculum based program provides group sessions for adults, where they learn competencies in coping and in life skills, develop healthy relationships with others, and practice the recovery process.
Psycho-Educational Groups: The psycho-education groups entail that clinical professionals take time and explain to the adults issues concerning human development and how the brain functions. These groups assist adult clients in modifying their thought patterns and the behaviors that follow these thoughts.
Psychiatric Care and Medication Management: Medication has been such a prominent component, that it would not be a shock to find medication as an essential ingredient contributing to the effectiveness of adult mental health programs. Our services include initial assessment and subsequent prescription of medications depending with the client’s needs.
Family Sessions: Family involvement is also an element frequently used in the treatment of adults because of its contribution to better clinical results and therapeutic advances. We also deliver family workshops along with some of our organized family railway sessions.
Program and Clinical Structure:
This adult PHP is 5-6 hours per day for five days a week, runs from Monday to Friday and the duration of php is 4-6 weeks. Our IOP is three days in a week, three hours in each session, and the length of stay is between six to eight weeks. All persons must attend and participate in each group daily to provide each adult with a treatment program that targets needs.
ACT is the primary and empirically supported clinical model implemented in our adult PHP and IOP programs. ACT is a kind of psychological therapy that involves enhancing flexibility in the process of personal experiencing and promoting acceptance of sensations, thoughts, emotions, and other private experiences by encouraging the patients to cognitively and behaviorally focus on values and committed action. ACT extends from standard CBT and DBT and is action-based and embraces emotions and thoughts rather than practicing experiential avoidance, which leads to suffering. To increase the level of psychological flexibility and self-empowerment and build an enriched and fulfilling life is the goal. Based on patient requirements, List Model-BASED Treatment combines Process-Oriented Group Therapy, Psychoeducational Groups, and Experiential Therapy with the ACT model.
ACT is a transdiagnostic clinical model, ACT can be used and is effective for most disorders classified in DSM-V. ACT also can be applied to any country and culture, so clinicians can customize the clinical model for each client. All of the client’s needs and preferences, as well as the ideal treatment and care plan, should always be our primary concern. In addition to the general understanding of the high value of the ACT approach in clinical practice, our experience in applying ACT convinces us that ACT is the best clinical model for our particular services.
Differences Between Adult Inpatient, Partial Hospitalization, and Intensive Outpatient Programming
Partial hospitalization is also found to be a step below inpatient hospitalization or even more residential services. , as mentioned earlier, partial hospitalization also belongs to early intervention or an avenue of adult’s intensive care and, if possible, do not require hospitalization.
Adults are sent to Partial Hospitalization Programs as they have acute psychotic symptoms, behavioral disorders or suffer from other disorders that incapacitate them. Such may be somewhat challenging to deal with but adults in PHP do not get any form of supervised care as is in inpatient or residential arrangements. PHP offers structure in program form throughout the day and normally ranges from several weeks often determined by clinical necessity.
Intensive Outpatient Programming is geared to assist adults, who need a step-down from a residential setting or a partial hospitalization. To IOP enables them to continue with their recovery process under a more programmed and safer manner. IOP also assists the institutions to lay down the necessary groundwork for adults to pass through to outpatient counseling or therapy services when they complete the IOP programs. Similar to PHP, IOP is an early intervention program that can help with symptoms/behaviors to enable adults to avoid higher steps of treatment.
PHP and IOP services are also centered on relapse prevention, rehospitalization, or re-incarceration.
